I rarely if ever post anything or contact support for video games.
But I am consistently placed in the diamond group for 1v1. However, the opponents i am playing have much more experience than me and its become a point to where I have no desire to play 1v1 if I continue in diamond 1. I beat up on nearly all of my opponents in the initial first 10 games thus placed in that group and I’ve been placed as high as Onyx.
I play nearly everyday (rank 36), and I like to learn and am willing to learn strategies from my loses, but its impossible to have any fun when you win 1 in 8 matches on a consistent basis.

While this isn’t a technical issue looking at your games played you are playing Forge. Forge is one of the weakest leaders in the game right now. Other than that I would say keep playing and eventually you will lose rank and de-level. Looks like you might have gotten a little lucky during placements and got placed really high. Another thing you could do would be to put your early build order or a video of it on the forums (not the support forums though) and see if somebody can give you a few pointers.
