Accidently selling a map pack for free doesn’t make anyone “a selfish money gruping person”(common sense). Also, Microsoft is losing money(alot), just look at how many people are playing the map pack, 3/4 of those person were probably willing to buy it until they found out that it was free. You may have wasted a portion of the money you spent for your map pass, but the company is losing a lot more.
you spelled “to” wrong.

too bad
> This was their mistake, not mine. Why should I be at loss for the mistake of another? If this same thing happened but it wasn’t an accident, tell me, what would happen…?
I’m guessing you don’t understand what I mean. What I’m trying to say is that Microsoft is losing a lot of money because of their mistake. So I thought the people who felt ripped of would feel better about that.
It’s absurd to say Microsoft is losing ‘a lot of money’ on this, considering that anything Xbox-related is a fraction of their total profit and that this single map pack is a very small fraction of that…
I don’t want to watch Microsoft Burn, that is sadistic, what I do want is some sort of reassurance that my extra $40 was not wasted

People who bought LE/Map Pass are making up for the lost sales.

You already wasted money if you paid $40 for a $25 season pass.
then allow me to clarify:
give me some reason to still have any faith that 343i and MS are making “games we want to play” and not “games that look great in advertisements, but only keep you slightly above furious enough to return the game”
Ho cares if Microsoft loses money? They have billions and we have hundreds…

The LE was much more then just the warpass, really people.
Its like buying the console for the unicorn helm and saying you paid 400 for a helm and a warpass. Some days i wonder what happened to the world, every one feels they are entitled to stuff. But the cold hard fact is there is only one thing that living entitles you to have, and that is death. Every thing else you have to work you -Yoink- off for it.
Good Hunting Spartans,
Rabid Kiwi
EDIT… I would be playing it right now because i got the LE. But i have to wait for my ISP to call me back because i cant stay online for more then 20min due to DDoS and other crap. Why? Because some people take this stuff way to seriously, and i pissed off some of ONI guys. really people it is a game, it is for entertainment. Yes it is cool yes it is fun, but it is not real. Really some people…
