343i posted they are having server issues, but my god, WTF?
I played several ARENA matches and almost everyone had one teammate at least “disappear” for some reason (quit/disconnect) and the lag and rubber banding were horrendous!
I gave up on Arena after losing so many times due to these glitches and watching my CSR fall…
I don’t mind losing fair and square, but losing at least one player after 5 minutes into a game and lining up shots or assassinations only to lag and have someone in my face kill me from no where is just insane.
Any one else having this much “fun” tonight in Arena?
Just saying if they said they had server issues then why do you still bother playing on ??

This. They said they were having issues, so why didn’t you expect issues?
Op your best bet is to not play until they have this all in order again. Don’t get me wrong I want to play also but I just cant do that to myself… What fun is it playing it like this. You know if 343i is working on the servers it has to bad if not worse…
If that were the case that they can’t handle the traffic, then shut the servers down for maintenance and fix them, then put up the network again. Simple. Don’t say “servers are available for play but you MAY have some issues” and then have them unplayable.
That is my issue here. Good management would be to either (i) limit server capacity so that those who get on can still play without issue or (ii) shut them all down and work on them.

Trust me when I say that player traffic has nothing to do with it
every server experiences issues from time to time
that being said, it would be more beneficial as a whole to take the servers offline and fix them
