Reading your server rules/setup is giving me serious nostalgia for the old PC games with custom servers I used to play, namely Return to Castle Wolfenstein and RTCW: Enemy Territory. So many good times on small, clan ran or individual ran servers. Also does anyone remember on OG Xbox Rainbow Six 3 had custom, and actual user ran servers? I might check in just to relive those old golden days of tight knit community fps.

Thanks I’m also not all that fawn of Reach. I am 100% Old School. IE: Halo Combat Evolved, Halo CE, The Tribes Franchise, Unreal Tournament Franchise and others. I like to setup my maps like I did in the Ol’days lol.
Side Note: Just wish I could get rid of all the darn kill boundaries

I am glad a new seasons is here… I don’t see myself playing to many custom games as I am not the biggest fan of Reach. I guess if there are some challenges for xp related to the CGB I will check it out.

I never had the chance to play the custom games in the older Halos as my first “online experience” was towards the end of H4. I played so much H5 but not a lot of custom games.
Reading how much hype and excitement you all have makes me want to check it out though.

Awwww yeah. I logged in again maybe 10 years ago and was amazed it still had players. I don’t think the og xbox rainbow 6 games are still online or backwards compatible. There was a server that had so many hours online.
What times will you be opening up and shutting down, sysop?
I am very excited to see Halo MCC Season 7 coming out today. I can’t wait to play the original Halo Combat Evolved Xbox version in the Halo Master Chief Collection.

funny you mention that dude in one of the recent store surveys in the preview program I actually requested a backwards compatible Rainbow six 3 and Rainbow six 3 Black arrow with online multiplayer…it might never happen but we can dream.
Ps. forever remember h5 warzone firefight grind <3 let’s play something on MCC sometime
