I have already posted in that thread, 3 times, and my posts are lost somewhere in the 536 pages. My issue is not the same as 99& of the problems in that thread, I have a separate problem.
I received the specialization code, and clicked the link provided in the email
I was redirected to Xbox.com which automatically signed into my main email address
This email address is attached to an old xbox account that hasn’t been used and has been a silver account since 2007.
I have contacted Xbox.com, they noted that the content is indeed on that account that hasn’t been used
They filed a report for me and someone is going to get back to me within the next 3-7 days
Got an email from their advocacy crew, and they said they can’t provide me with a new token, or transfer the data to my account
The only people that can help me, is 343
