What were your plans for Infinite’s launch? Would you jump straight into the online or take the Banished on head to head in campaign?

I’m stranged out by the fact that Infinite will be the first Halo game that I don’t buy at all, because game pass; having that pre-load will be nice. I’m hoping to get a Series S for game pass games, should I go for the convenience, fast loading, and quietness of a console, or the quality and frames of PC?

I’m in the same boat, it feels weird not actually buying the game haha. I’m super excited that I’ll be able to play at midnight with a Series X at least. The 4K & hopefully ray tracing if they can get it in for launch will make the game look gorgeous.
I’m a bit sad that my TV doesn’t support 120FPS but I’ll live I suppose. Even with the game being delayed I’m so excited for it.
The new generations of consoles being released has really made reality sink in - new halo is on the horizon.

In a roundabout way, I suppose it’s good Infinite got delayed because fall ends up taking quite a toll on your wallet haha. I feel that achievement grind. I’m semi hoping there’s a LASO achievement haha, after doing all the other games on LASO I feel I need to do Infinite aswell.
You’re definitely right about the money though! It’s a lot to splash out in one chunk, the console alone left a big hole in my bank haha.

I’ve heard that heavy aim is gone too, I’m curious to go try it out once I’ve got H5 transferred over to Series X. I’ve milked the life out of that game at this point, can’t wait for a fresh Halo experience
Every Halo game I always beat the campaign first before diving into MP. But with Infinite being at least partially open world, I think there’s a chance this campaign could be significantly longer. Might have to get some mp in before finishing it.

Needless to say I didn’t get the new Xbox because no halo and cancelled my PTO.

I had taken this week off of work for Infinite too. Just so happens England went back into lockdown now too. Would of been the perfect time to grind Infinite. Hopefully when the new release date drops you can secure that time off and play!

Ah for sure, the only reason we haven’t now is due to the delay. We’ll for sure see some more footage at some point in the future. It’s a really hard thing to wait for but it’ll be worth it in the end.

I played it a lot for about 1.5 years then stopped. Been playing Apex since launch so I am very ready for a new good arena game which was supposed to be Infinite, but H5 will have to do if heavy aim is gone 
I was going to start playing it on easy mode and introduce my little brother to halo through infinite.

I’ll do the campaign first when Halo Infinite eventually launches. I got my Series X last night at a midnight launch, and all I can say is wow, what a beast of a machine. Having Halo would be a bonus but I’m having a blast playing other games.

Think I played about 1 match of apex and didn’t like it much haha. I’ve always stuck with Halo 5, even MCC multiplayer never kept me entertained.

I was so sceptical of the open world at first but after seeing it I’m kind of hopeful. I’m super curious to see what kind of secrets and missions are around. I can’t wait!

That’s actually a awesome idea. Infinite is the perfect point to introduce someone new to the franchise. Let’s hope he falls in love with it too.

I picked up mine this morning and I 100% agree, this thing is a monster of a machine and I love it.
Even without Halo there’s so many great games I’m using to pass the time til Infinite finally lands

Would be nice to least get a demo of it to least play it, even though would get change in the future.
perhaps 343I might share some insight in a Vidoc at some point and mention what they had been able to achieve by the 10/11/20 & there after given the extra time.
I am still looking forward to see the upcoming Halo Infinite coming out on Xbox Series X, Xbox One and PC. I am very excited to see Master Chief coming back in the new Halo video game. Hopefully 343 Industries will reveal the next Halo Infinite gameplay footage.
