…of the last time I was able to play Halo 2 Anniversary matchmaking online!
The update/patch that was released three weeks ago “broke” the Legacy controller stick layout within H2A. As a result, those of us who utilize the Legacy configuration haven’t been able to play the premiere matchmaking playlist within the Master Chief Collection ever since then!
I still have faith in 343i and I truly appreciate all of the time & effort that their staff has devoted towards fixing the myriad of problems that we have encountered. However, this particular issue is above-and-beyond frustrating. Despite all of the cynical haters in the studio audience, my wife and I were still playing Halo MCC almost every day until that ill-fated patch was released a few weeks ago. We realize that people using the Legacy control scheme are in the minority, but also realize that if the Default configuration had been mishandled in a similar fashion the problem would almost certainly have been addressed within a day or two.
Disappointing, to say the least.
