How about you stick to the Bungie GEN games, and let the community grow?
“But they dead tho”
well then, get your friends to play them with you, and REVIVE the games!
sometimes, you gotta do work in life
Ooooor you can just accept change
& pls remain neutral
As much as I hate the Bob McPinkGlasses guys of the world, asking them to go to a generation of games almost a decade old is a little… drastic, isn’t it?
eh i guess, but they need to let the community evolve
I personally think the change is good the only Halos I don’t like as a whole are 4 and Reach. People gotta remember what happened from Halo 1 to 2.

Yeah, we can’t just keep recreating 3 for these guys.
A game/community can evolve and grow without forgetting where its come from, its foundation and its identity. There is no need to tell the people who helped make Halo get to the point its at now to go play games that a decade or more old and aren’t being supported any more just because they voice their opinions on the current state of the game and the direction its taking.
i totally agree but things cant just stay the same (EX: no ability or sprinting) forever, as some want

Foundation and identity are vague in essence and approximation. However, if we go with the icons of the Halo conservative crowd, a lot of them want a basic recreation of 3. They even -Yoink- about mechanics like Sprint.
These guys want an identity for Halo, but they want a utopian-classic one that stays static and just improves performance and graphics wise. Maybe a few maps here and there, but it’s still H3 remastered in their dreams.

Telling them to accept change or go play the old games isn’t the way to do things, it’s just going to lead to this thread being a pitched battle so I’m going to lock this. Not everyone is going to be satisfied with every thing that happens with Halo and people have a right to voice their concerns as long as they remain constructive.

It’s very hard to remain neutral when you care about something.
