The bolshot is only a problem when EVERYONE is spamming it non-stop.
I recently played Regicide on Abandon, and thats exactly what every one did. It was the most limited game I had ever played.
Otherwise, it’s easy to predict now, and easy to avoid.

I would not bother with them, they are in their own mind a lil princess that deserves everything.If you die by a boltshot dont blindly run around equip P-vision or clone preferably clone(as your running to questionable door, as soon as you are about to go through use clone and stop)which if used right can easily make it laughable or even hardlight shield, hell even thruster pack will work if used right.Dodge,block, or deceive your opponent into doing what you want.
I do not really care about overpowered weapons because i have my P-pistol and BR combo which is a tactic i have used since halo 1 but to slightly less effect due to it used a ridiculous amount of charge lol.For those that dont know a overcharged shot used up only 4% charge in halo 1 and its normal shot did more damage and…higher fire rate…i miss halo 1 weapons lmao.Reason why i dont care about these “overpowered” weapons as much as most is because compared to how strong weapons were in halo 1 and 2, the weapons in halo 4 are weak in comparison.Here is the problem with weapon balancing in halo, nobody developing any of the halo’s seems to know how to separate PvE and PvP elements of the game.What this causes is a imbalance where a balanced weapon in PvP would be underpowered and near useless in PvE.
Though i dont have a high concern over the weapons in halo 4 MP it does not mean i think the weapons are perfect.There are many things i want dont to all the weapons for both PvE and PvP, im not looking at things that would benefit only me or an individual.Due to my way of thinking i have a hard time understanding why most people regurgitate the same sentence over and over, and not give a structured and well thought version of the ability or weapon of topic.This would have a much larger impact with 343i since as developers you need to speak their language.Numbers,percentages,and big or witty words are a good start.When i see a suggestion to change a weapon in a game i want to see percentages and functionality changes that are described in great detail.That way i can better implement changes into a game correctly.If i were a developer in a company making a game, that would be the way i would think… well im done otherwise this post wont end.
