Aren’t they Japanese? I don’t see them interact with the community much but damn can they forge.

Toketake and his team are indeed Japanese, but they also interact with the community all the time. They play when many Halo players are asleep or at school, so that’s why it seems like nobody ever sees them. I play with Toke somewhat regularly myself since I work night shift and am up super late at night on my days off to play with my UK, Aussie, Japanese, and friends from other countries.
