How fast do you level up? Like how long for 1-10 and 10-20 and so on? And has anyone got to 50 yet and if so how long did that take? Oh and are the specializations unlockable yet? If so how long does each one take?
Oh and I mean in time like hours not comparing it to other games.

I think you’re just upset people got the game early. Did you not read all the other posts saying how quickly you level up? Did you really think leveling up would take a long time if your SR affects what you can put in your loadout?
Good question. LAst I checked, you got a game on the release day, not because you bought it from a retailer. I wonder what happened to the honesty and good policy of businesses. Makes me disappointed, not because people have it early, but because there needs to be something honorable about businesses and giving away product early when its public knowledge is sooooo… wrong.

First off, you need to understand why retailers sell games early. It’s actually quite easy for someone who owns a small hobby shop, or “mom and pop” stores, to get a retail license to sell games. This is actually a great source of income for them.
However the reason a lot of These smaller stores sell the game early is because they know they can clear inventory fairly fast, so they don’t have to compete with big chains launch night. Now granted some stores sell the game early just because they feel like it, but that’s not nearly always the case. It’s easier for smaller stores to sell out early, then sell half their copies when they have to compete with massive retail chains.
Because you get XP for all of the actions your Spartan IV does in battle, leveling up seems quite easy, at least from level 1-20.
I was watching the Machinima live stream on Youtube and they were up there pretty high, but they aren’t serious hardcore Halo gamers, so I would suspect that a person who is really good could do fairly well when it comes to ranking up.
The Machinima live-stream has been going for 3 days now (approx). That means they have been playing for 72 hours straight. They have hit SR-40, Nobody will be doing 72 hour sitting in one go, The majority will be ranking at a steady pace. Besides getting from SR-41-50 is going to be the real challenge and if players want to get more specializations they will have a long way to go to reach SR-130.
72 hours straight is right, I may get a few hours a day, even 7 hours straight per day would take me over a week, I will not get that much time through school runs, work, and my life in general.
