Hey 343I, I made a post over on the main subreddit, but I probably should have posted it here as well. I was trying to get other people to help reproduce the issue, and some did, but anyway here’s a copy/paste from there:

Hey 343I, this is not the best way to tell you this, but I want to see if Reddit can help reproduce the results or prove it to be just a coincidence. I was in a match with extreme rubber banding. I was stuck somewhere due to it, so I shot a rat that was running into a wall for fun. The rubber banding immediately and completely cleared up for like 30 seconds of the match. I did it again three more times with rats and chickens in the same match with the same results. Eventually I tried to do it again, but despite being able to hear the rat in the room I just could not find it. This was all in Bazaar, by the way. My theory is that some of their AI code is acting funny with the upgrades you guys did with the servers on the 8th, and since BTB maps have more critters it might explain why those are failing to load.
Anyway, this may be useless, but if other players want to try this and report back, please let us all know how it goes here. It might have just been a bunch of coincidences in my match, but I can’t test it any more tonight because I have work in the morning.
Maybe we can help 343I out by hive-minding this issue. If it’s related to the wildlife, then 343I might not even be looking in the right place unless we can help narrow this down with them.
By the way, if the test results all come back negative, then please downvote this post to oblivion so that it doesn’t confuse anyone. Thanks!
EDIT NEWS! : I actually did play more, which was probably a mistake for work in the morning, but whatever. I have been put into several matches, and never had any rubber banding on any map that does not have critters on it. Literally no server issues at all while on maps without critters. I really think I’m onto something here, u/ske7ch343. It could be the critters on the maps interacting with the server updates from the 8th causing all the issues.
