I’ve done everything I can think of.
I DO NOT HAVE XBOX LIVE.
Halo CEA should have come with a title update that lets you use the Kinect features right???
If not then sorry for the complaint.
If so then read on.
I put the disk in and used the update from the disk.
I got to the title screen.
Guess what.
Nothing on Kinect shows up.
No option in the (start button)Settings section.
No option on the other side of the title screen from (start button)Settings.
So I thought that reseting the cache would work.
It didn’t.
Then I reset the update stuff, that LB RB X LB RB X (something like that) code (NOT X X LB RB X X because it doesn’t work after that August or December update).
Still nothing.
I’m just wondering, but did you by any chance create another update that must be updated from the internet (Live) that fixes this or what.
Next time make these features part of the game and not from an update.
I bought the game used if that has anything to do with it.
This is as uninsulting as I could make this post.
now I dont know if you dont already know this but you cannot actually shoot or play the game with kinnect. the only thing you can do is analyze data on the ground and then look at it in the library hope this cleard up some confusion
The Update for ALL the Kinect Features is only accessible through Xbox LIVE, just make a Silver account and hook up an Ethernet and load up CEA.
Then unplug it once its done.

Here’s your problem. How else would you download something from the internet without an internet connection?
Thank you for a clear answer FINALLY.
All the other sites I’ve gone to have said that I didn’t need Live.
Either that or I didn’t say anything about that in the question.
