I was trying start my mcc but in the home screen when I press any button the game crashes and freezes. First one the sound crash and after that the game close. I’ve tried it 10 times but the problem don’t fix. I tried with annother profile and I don’t have the problem. I was reading about that and some people are having the same problem. We have to wait an update? Mi profile was banned? Please help us, I have many items unlocked in my profile.

Have you tried hard reseting the console? You hold down the power button for 10 seconds then restart it, fixes 85% of problems.
If it is working on other profiles then you may want to remove the account from the xbox and then re add it.
Other then that, delete the entire game and reinstall it.
I would try these in the order I typed them and only delete and reinstall the game as a last resort.
All those things were the first that I made, I restarted the console, I uninstalled and intalled again the game, I deleted my profile and added again, but nothing I can play mcc. As I posted i read more people with this problem.
Indeed, many people had this problem. Well you probably came across some posts of mine where I recommend trying to log out from the Xbox app on the devices where it is present, since it worked for me. Otherwise, click here and try these steps too.
There’s still no proper fix, so we have to work around it. 343 hasn’t said anything.
Thanks man but I have the same problem than others, when I back my console to my region, Colombia, the game crash again. It only works if I stay in USA región.
It does not synchronize my saved data during loading and takes me to the start menu. I have chosen to restart the console, uninstall the game over and over again and nothing happens. I can’t even play the campaigns. What seems strange to me is that campaigns only work without internet. Someone who can help me, I’ve been trying for nine days.
