Can someone clarify The Master chief collection multiplayer for me? Each game has its own multiplayer + ranks, and they added a remastered halo 2 multiplayer. So that means there are technically 5 different games for multiplayer? (Halo 1, 2, 3, 4 + H2A)
Yes. CE, 2, Anniversary, 3 and 4. I think ranks are based on playlists, rather than games, and ranking works like in Halo 2.
But you can toggle off which games you want right? So I can play specifically Halo 2 classic if I want and only get matches with halo 2 and level up that specifically?

Actually, there are two playlists per individual game, and 5 for Halo 2 Anniversary. And then there are playlists that have all 5 multiplayers in them. So you can’t filter games perse, but you can pick a playlist belonging to that game and play that.
The launch playlists are as follows.

It could be six depending on how you look at it, since the Halo 5 beta is included. Obviously it’s a limited time beta but still part of the entire package.

Ehh, thats disappointing. I thought it was the way I described. I was hoping I could select halo 2, then play doubles/swat/hardcore/slayer. But I guess there would be wayyy to many playlists that way. Ohh well, still cant wait to play it.
The multiplayers included are:
- Halo CE- Halo 2 Classic- Halo 3- Halo 4- Halo 2 AnniversaryI put H2A at the bottom because it is the “newest” Halo and also the one I think will receive the most attention.
