In social BTB there are always griefers ruining the experience by either betraying you for power weapons/vehicles or repeatedly killing themselves so your team doesn’t win. I’ve won and lost matches because a couple players were griefing the whole game. Ranked can keep the score penalty to foster a more competitive environment, but social doesn’t need it. If anything it detracts from the experience because of griefers.
