Before the title update me and my friends used to be really good at the game. Now, with the title update we are not doing so well. What I wanna know is why 343 is making Halo not what it used to be.

Pre-TU, in Reach there was much slower pacing in regards to firefights. That means there’s more time to run away or use an AA to your advantage.
Post-TU, its a lot faster-paced, so a lot of the time it comes down to the faster trigger rather than how you go about using AAs, Grenades and the map to your advantage in firefights. There’s a lot less room for error.
This thread is proof that bungie has been giving noobs what they want since halo 2. A game that gets easier and easier. Thank you 343 for giving the competitive community what we want.
I think I’ll stop playing Reach after TU applies to main playlists. I loved Halo Reach as it was and what is going on in Beta TU playlist - it’s some kind of broken Reach to me.

If you had read anything OFFICIAL about the TU, not heard from your ill-informed friends who heard from their ill-informed friends, you would know that 343 has stated multiple times that Default Reach will not be affected. There will still be like 15 playlists that will not get ANY of the TU changes, so you may continue your herpaderping.

Dude. the beta is fun. I have no problem adjusting to the differences. I love the new pistol.
Just give it some time and maybe you and your friends will get better at the TU
