Title update false

I always heard all this amamzing stuff about the title update with the ability to melee kill someone after bringing their shields down half way but NO. that crap dosent work. The title update is garbage, full of scrubs that get melee range advantages over me and sit there and hunt me down all game instead of killing the noobs on my team. They need to remove it asap

Lol, you’re a bit behind bro. No, bleed through in the TU was bad and glitchy when mixed with Heath packs. (Watch Nak3d Eli’s vids and he explains the health pack bug that happened with bleedthrough.)

There is no longer bleedthrough in TU settings.

This is what happened when TU was still using bleedthrough

Kids didn’t understand it… Melee was to powerful with magnum.

They couldn’t have simply fixed that glitch that happens?

Yes… It’s called halo 4

All jokes aside… Turning on bleedthrough caused some problems with the wraith too. Not sure on the details but it become easier to kill the driver.

But why could they have not simply fixed the issues it brought along instead of being lazy and just giving up on it

Well bleedthrough wasn’t meant for Reach.

I actually prefer reach shields to bleed through

Every one thought Reach shields promoted “double melee” tactics but this was proven very very false.

If you look at Bungie’s final stat collection… Reach shields resulted in Headshots being encouraged seeing how in all previous Halo games the most common medal was Pummel… In Halo Reach, Headshot was the most common medal

Double Melee was a tactic that only worked against new players, and only new players thought it was an effective tactic… Shooting… Shooting is actually the best tactic in Reach.

If i run into a guy at like 40 meters away i can easily sprint up to him and beat him down twice way before he will pop 5 bullets in my head

Those are just kids worse than you, don’t get delusional.

Tell me what’s gonna win…

Sprinting 10 meters and double melee or 4 pistol shots and a melee when the sprinter delivers himself over? Double melee only works on people who don’t know you are coming, that usually means you positioned yourself well or they are not good at defending themselves.
