That is his account, and on Twitter a while ago he said “Sprinkles! Sprinkles for Everyone!”

Cool. Just great.
343, don’t let us down…
> 343, don’t let us down…
so 343i is saying Reach isn’t broken so they don’t plan on fixing it? Looks like 343 is just as stupid as bungie.
Well that last glimmer of hope for Reach being saved just went out the window.
Can’t wait for Skyrim.

The way they play this now is to back it up by providing a VERY extensive set of options for the Title Update that have nothing to do with core gameplay, like they said. In fact, I could kinda care less if they “fix” Reach or not. As long as that classic update shines with polish.
With this announcement, they’ve dug themselves in a hole that they can either stay in, or fill up, and turn into a shining statue.

The problem is that they think Reach is God’s gift to Halo; they think it’s not broken.
This could be bad news indeed for the future of Halo, beyond Reach.
I think Frank O’ Connor is an amazing troll.

Watch it. I made a thread saying that and it went poof. The MLG Community is upset.
What really makes me angry is how they made us waste the crap out of our time to give feedback which wont make a difference.
No one would be upset at all if they would comprehend right, and think about things for a minute.
Tbh, that quote makes me hopeful for the TU, but not Halo 4. As far as the title update goes, it sounds like they will add custom options and not even touch the main game. This excites me because I think we could get a bloom toggle, instead of 343 trying to “fix it”. They won’t just fix it for a few playlists, they’ll most likely just have an option that can turn it off.
As for Halo 4, I don’t know what to think. I honestly think the quote was just typical marketing bs. He’s not going to talk down on Reach when he wants to sell CEA which comes with Reach MP. I think H4 will go back to classic Halo style, but as long as we get custom options in that game as well, I think we’ll be fine.

I just hope we misunderstood. I can barley go through a game with somone using AL without almost breaking something.
> I think H4 will go back to classic Halo style…
Boy, do I hope you’re right. Because judging from “The game as it stands is one of the best FPS games ever made”, it sure sounds a lot like they’re not going to change gameplay much - if at all - for H4. And I’m really afraid that H4 will basically be Reach 2.0.

The community’s reaction to Reach’s new elements has been pretty negative, so much that 343 is patching the game to make it more like previous Halos. If I had to guess, I would say that they won’t try and make another Reach, but they’ll instead play it safe with their first Halo game.
That’s the way to go. Just play some Halo 3.
> That’s the way to go. Just play some Halo 3.
I hate Halo 3 more than Reach. I want to play Reach. But AL is in the way.
“HERP DERP ONE OF THE BEST FPS EVER MADE SO IT DOESNT NEED FIXED”
All that hoping for nothing.
Halo Reach is the best FPS ever made…
LMAO!!!
I guess where going to be able to slide/glide and shoot whatever guns are going to be in Halo 4 while in armor lock.
Looks like the only thing for me to look forward to in August is my fall semester classes.
