Everyone who is saying to remove Bloom needs to rethink that opinion. Bloom can be tweaked to allow better gameplay that rewards the better pacer aka the better shooter. With increase movement speed and jump height, strafing will come back into play and gameplay will be at its best. Bloom is here to stay and 343i knows what they should do with it.
Especially on the DMR. It will actually let players fall to their own faults if they do not take the time to make sure every single shot is precise and paced correctly which will make gameplay with the DMR soooo much better than having the Bloom removed completely and it becoming what the Battle Rifle once was. It will be much better this way only if 343i can find the correct algorithm for the DMR’s Bloom and find a perfect Bloom mechanic for precision, with zero reward to spammers.

Just because people are playing Reach doesn’t mean they think it is completely perfect, and this forum is where 343 can get feedback, which is what they are doing for the TU.
I think the overshield is fine because when someone picks it up, they leave a flaming trail behind them. Its very noticable when someone has OV. It just might take some getting used to.

It annoys me to no end that you can no longer watch films with your friends. That was about the only reason I used the feature in Halo 3. Otherwise, you’re sitting there watching a film by yourself feeling ronery.

Party Viewing only lagged when you would watch film clips together it was fine when you watched normal films together please add party support for Theater 343.
Assists should be 30% not 40%.
Armour lock needs to only last 1 or 2 seconds instead of 7.
The following weapons need a buff: AR, Plasma Repeater, Focus Rifle, Plasma Launcher and Needler.
Give grenades Halo 1 physics and detonation times.
I really just wanted to thank 343 for listening to what the community has been saying these past 9 months about Halo Reach. I know you will do us justice.
BTW did anyone else here the Grunt Birthday YAY! when you seen the update news? Thanks again guys.

No, that’s when actual aiming skill comes in.
Removing bloom would do wonders to bring real shooting skill back rather than the luck-based system we currently have.
That said, the only reason bloom is so bad right now is because Bungie did such a horrible job with bloom in the first place. They made it so shots could land in the center, or around the center, of a fully blown reticle. If bloom was altered so that spamming awarded no shots in the center, but only around the edges of a fully blown reticle, then bloom would not be a problem…Because spammers would never win by luck.
