I’m with you, I’m looking forward to the TU. No bloom weapons and classic maps with faster movements means i will actually feel like I’m really playing Halo again. Not that I think Reach is a bad game just has features that IMO strayed too far from what to me is Halo.
when is the title update supposed to be added to reach? That is all.
Sometime in the near future 
It is unknown the exact time but we are hoping for news from Halofest.
Most likely the TU will arrive somewhere around end of October or early November, shortly before HCEA hits the shelves.

My money is on early November. Shortly before the release of CE:A in other words.
They announced a bit ago that they would be announcing the release of the Title Update at Halo Fest.
The TU can’t come soon enough imo. Everyday I will be playing Reach and get so frustrated that I get 3 opponents to “one shot” and can’t get that 5th headshot because of the damn bloom. And yet, enemies continue to spam that trigger and get 5 perfect shots on me while I’m stuck trying to figure out why the “pace your shots” concept failed so badly in Reach.
I mean, seriously, bloom needs to be removed. When the TU comes all I will be playing will be the playlists without bloom.
Reach has potential, it has quite a few good things going for it, like better netcode, a good forge tool, and a hitscan primary weapon. There are too many things, such as AAs and bloom that keep it from being a true Halo title, though.
In my opinion what Halo Reach needs is not just Bloom taken out(which would be awesome) But it needs a ranking system! Or more precisely a Skill system… The Arena is a total fail and even though Halo3 had issues with Boosting, Deranking, and other Methods of manipulation I believe that the vast majority of gamers would want that ranking system over the current one!
Keep Credits, but add in the feature so I’m not playing Noobs all day and actually get some competition…

Well personally 100 may be really high, but anything is better than this garbage known as The Arena! And the fact that skillful playlist like MLG, Swat, Snipers, and Doubles don’t have a skill system is messed up!

Happened to me all day, I am trying to get back into playing Reach, but then I remember why i stop playing it as much. Even if i don’t do good once bloom is not around for the TU. It would be fair kill by the most part. The better Positioning, Team Work and now aim will win.

SWAT is not skillful. I don’t mean that as an insult – I happen to like SWAT, though really that just proves my point – but it’s just not a skillful playlist.
Reach needs the TU. No reasonable person can deny that fact.
I am heavily disappointed, however, that the new options are not exposed to the GUI. Especially considering that all it would’ve taken is simple toggles like the one added for “Super Shields”…
But oh well, at least we’re getting the features. And who knows – since they’re being added as Megalo extensions (logical speculation, not proven fact), perhaps we’ll get some GUI toggles for them in the future.

To an extent, it does require skill. Not only is it one of the few playlists for GameBattles but it tests your quick reactions and ability to headshot first time round. Of course, it doesn’t require as much skill as MLG does but it still takes more skill than the majority of playlists in Reach. (i.e Action Sack, Grifball, Living Dead).

Seriously, they have to be morons to put the TU in just one playlist…nearly everyone hates bloom. I don’t see why they just don’t add it as a “classic” gametype in every playlist. This way we can vote for whichever we prefer.
thats an even worse idea, i want to play classic whenever i want, not whenever everyone else wants to.
They should just duplicate most of the playlists and add classic to them.
