1,Not being able to shoot or reload while ur jet packing… We can’t shoot or reload while sprinting so yeah. If you sprint as fast as that you wouldn’t be able to aim properly anyway, and you don’t use your arms while jetpacking.
2, Not being able to shoot or reload while jumping around like a pansie Yoink!.. What? No!
3,Get rid of armor lock…I’m tired of getting booted from a game cuz i stuck some one then he goes into armor lock and it kills my team mates and i get a accidental betrayal…Then a submitted player review for unsporting conduct… Agree
4, You should not be able to block a sword… AGREE! Remove this in classic mode but it’s giving a change in normal mode: Sprint + sword
5, No bloom… Make opinional
6, Turrets should not over heat… Yes they should.
7, Get rid of the in game stats or change it a little…cuz when there is a lot of ppl killing each other and all these names start popping up one after another and it blocks my reticle and i can’t see crap for a moment and it break’s my concentration bad… What? The leaderboard? You don’t HAVE to show it. If you’re talking about the “guy KILLED guy” signs, NO!
8,Please give us some new armor colors these are getting really boring… I hate that they removed the BETA colors.
9,Some new emblems for our character’s… I also hate that they removed the Halo 3/ODST emblems, they should bring them back and add new.
‘Thank you’ No, thank YOU!
So here is the question 343, how many playlists will recieve the most signifigant changes? It should not be restricted just to Classic variants, everyone should be able to experience Reach they way they want.
Some players like the idea (myself included) of pure Classic Halo. No AA’s, No Bloom, no Fall Damage etc.
Other players might want Reach gameplay but without Bloom and tweaked AA’s.
And of course, many also want Reach gameplay to stay the same. Basically Classic Halo playlists, Tweaked Reach gameplay playlists and Vanillia Reach playlists should make up the TU.
If you can please all these types of players, then the TU will be a huge sucess.

God. This is why we need a custom browser. So people can play the way they want, without having 16+ friends playing Halo Reach.

> Early August is what I think they said.
They said "Significantly before Halo CEA release on November 15th. But during HaloFest, Aug 26-28th, they will show gameplay of the Title Update and maybe even hands on with it at HaloFest. This means it will release sometime in September, October, but most likely not in November. It will be released over Xbox Live as an Update that won’t let you play Reach online unless downloaded.

Thats actually a good idea. At least raise the voice volume in general a little higher. You really can’t hear other players at all and that’s one of the best things about Firefight is hearing other firefight voices in the distance.
> > Reach isn’t change and innovation. Reach is gimmicks and abandonment of their old fanbase.

> > Halo doesn’t have to completely rewrite its gameplay formula to innovate. Why people hate Reach is because it wasn’t a Halo game. It didn’t feel like a Halo game, it didn’t live up to the standards of a Halo game, and it certainly didn’t follow the guidelines and rules of a Halo game.

> That’s what I’m talking about. The message they’re conveying to the community if the complete focus of this Title Update is to copy Bungie. And the message is, “Hey guys, we’re not going to do our own thing, we’re going to just copy Bungie’s ideas and never do anything different! Don’t you just love rehash games!”
>
> All of that unneeded hate of Halo: Reach literally has no place in my thread, but it seems as though you’ve been saving it up waiting to say it, so now that that’s out of the way what do you think of 343i’s only making an update for Classic playlists? What kind of a message does that send to you?
Halo 3.5? Then according to you isn’t Halo 3, Halo : CE.5.5.5? If taking the core elements and adding on to them is so wrong then why are you posting here? Why are you even playing Halo or video games in general? Do you hate on Darwin also for suggesting his theory of evolution?
The point I’m trying to make is that Halo veterans don’t want Halo 3.5 as you call it. We want the core game mechanics that have been there since CE and we want them to be added to. Bungie took what made them successful for so many years and trashed it, and started new. We don’t like that they took away our competitive freedom and made the game FOR CASUALS.
In short, they took away our PCs and gave us Macs.
My biggest complain is the reticle bloom, it changed the way Halo was played and made the gameplay slower and less predicable (lucky spamming).
There should be a playlist for those that don’t like the Reach gameplay (Loadouts, AAs, Bloom, No melee bleedthrough, slower moving speed, lower jump heigh).
I am tired of getting a bulltrue but yet still being killed by Sword. If I die, it’s not a bulltrue. If I shot the Sword guy with shotty while he was lunging, I should still be alive.
343 DO NOT CHANGE ARMOR LOCK!!! AND DO NOT REMOVE IT!!! It is in the game for a reason. If people don’t like it, then don’t play it! If they still want to play Halo: Reach then they should play ONLY in playlists that do not include Armor Lock.
