I know 343 is going to make smart thought out changes to Reach but I’m hoping they don’t listen to a lot of people on forums complaining (like what I’m doing right now lol)
But Reach is good the way it is but it’s not perfect.
Things I’m worried about been changed because they shouldn’t be changed:
-Armor lock, lol
-Bloom
-DMR
-Any major changes.
Things that should be changed:
-Sniper, Stop it killing vehicles so well, It’s more ammo efficient and easyier to hit then spartan lazer which is ment to be a vehicle sniper and just as strong as a rocket launcher against vehicles and a lot easier to hit.(making it uncounterable and overpowered. In the game sniper is meant to be anti infantry not anti everything.)
-Vehicles should have more “health”. 1 person with a DMR can beat a ghost or revenant 1v1 both at full health/ammo. The problem isn’t that vehicles don’t heal it’s that they get damaged to easily.
-More custom game options. Let us turn Teams on or off in any game type, and in general more options like fall damage off, loadout specific traits, traits for spartans and elites separately in invasion, turning turrets off actually turns turrets off, etc etc etc.
-Forge glitch’s fixed, Saving not working properly and items been moved after saving.

These things are the needed fixes, There’s other things I personally want changed but that’s not important.

Agreed.
Things like the Gauss Hog Glitch, need to be fixed.

Not if you’re using/pacing your DMR at the correct distances.
The DMR is fine and working the way Bungie intended. You’re using it wrong.
These other things, the OP and I have listed, are real bugs/glitches that need real attention, not something a few people don’t get so they have to whine about.

I aggree on all those points except AL. I just don’t like it, but thats personal opinion and if it stays then it’s not the end of the world to me.

If you spam, you can win against an opponent who is pacing.
Explain, please, how that makes bloom skillful. Or, did bungie intend for luck to be factored in the game more than skill?
Because armor abilties weren’t supposed to take away from gameplay, they were supposed to add, same with bloom. I don’t care if I’m a vocal minority, these are NOT halo attributes, they may have been in Halo CE, but not the xbox live games Halo 2 and 3.
Armor lock is something that works in ALL situations, it DOES not have a weakness. Same with the DMR. Please people, play halo 3, and realize that this game needs major change.

To be honest in my personal opinion I would prefer it if Armor lock “Froze” your shield regeneration timer (not reset timer like you got shot)

Well I had tested how many object’s it could go though when reach first came out I forget the exact number but it I’m pretty sure it has a limit lol (I hope) But it should definitely be fixed if it can go though unlimited amount of walls.

When you say that Bloom and AAs “may have been in Halo CE” you outed yourself as STILL being new to the Halo world despite having played 2 & 3.
CE did not have Bloom nor AA’s. That being said, I’d be okay if they left both in the game in the upcoming title update. You say they aren’t “halo attributes” well, for better or worse, they are now. Ever since they were implemented with REACH.

Truth.
Armorlock is meant to annoy and frustrate the opponent that doesn’t realize that the counter to AL is to either wait until the guy pops out of armor lock, or go find someone else to shoot at.
Bloom works just fine also. I typically win my 1v1 DMR showdowns when I pace them and wait an extra moment for the bloom to reset. Spamming the trigger usually only works if you are closer than mid-range and when you beat someone that spams the trigger, it’s great to hear them yelling out their complaint as they await their respawn.

This is a lie, even haters of bloom have determined that a “Spammer” has a much smaller chance of winning than 50/50, and to date, no one has produced evidence showing us a case where Bloom actually got a spammer a kill when they didn’t deserve it.

I still don’t get how a press x to not die against anything and sometimes get a free kill out of it ability that slows down gameplay and generally pisses everyone off is working as intended.
