The Active Camo powerup is already fixed, but the fix for that is contained in gametypes. If you play using gametypes downloaded from Matchmaking (or any edited versions of them), you’ll find that the Camo powerup keeps you fully invincible (though it still appears broken in first-person view).

In new maps or in existing ones? Existing maps cannot be altered, even with a Title Update.

This could be done without a Title Update, but since the two species have different stats and hitboxes, it could cause balance issues.

No fall damage and “proper” active camo are already additions to the first TU.
There is evidence that Elites and Spartans can play together on the same team. With the upcoming CEA release.
The ranking system is a semi-legit request, but you haven’t even seen if the release of CEA will bring with it some changes to the current ranking system. After CEA, come back to this one.
There are more Forge items in the new maps. Old maps don’t get new stuff.
Removing AL from matchmaking doesn’t need a TU. It’s already an option.

Shoulda been in this title update but whatever
no, theres no animation for it nor system so it wouldn’t be possible for it

Personaly I would like the ability to toggle fall damage, the removal of Strafe acceleration in certain playlist/gametypes. And (though a bit of a stretch) per weapon customization, like How much damage it does, how much resistance does a player have to it ect (would help big time balancing out the sandbox in certain playlists)
-Fix the Elite ‘jaws coming out of helmet’ bug
-Fix the ‘knee guards in the wrong spot’ bug
-More balance to armor abilities:
-Sprint should last one or two seconds longer. Remove the panting sound effect and replace it with very loud footsteps -Evade should only be able to be used once per charge, and have less of a distance -Jetpack should have a shorter duration, and take away the ability for it to lift you off the ground on its own. Treat it as a double jump
-Make all vehicles heavier. I hate how they bounce like they’re on the moon
-Remove friendly fire from all playlists except MLG and Arena
-Make the DMR and Needle Rifle function similar to the Carbine. Make the reticle slightly larger and give them bullet spread, to balance no-bloom a little
-Scale down Elites and give them the same traits as Spartans, and then let them play in Matchmaking
-EDIT: Balance vehicles a little. Banshee bomb’s blast radius should be reduced, and it’s evade should be slowed down majorly. The Mongoose should have the fastest acceleration and top speed of all vehicles, since it lacks offensive abilities
