Ever since last night, every time I try to boot up the MCC, it gets to the title screen then it freezes as soon as I press the menu button to start. It makes a really loud sound like a CD skipping then II’m kicked back to the dashboard. Other games work no problem.
I’ve done a hard reset multiple times, uninstalled and reinstalled the game all to no avail.
Happens to me too very rarely, maybe a issue that they’re working on because you’re not alone!
Yup, all the time. My game freezes when I get kicked out if a matchmaking game too.
I am unable to play at all at the moment the start screen is freezing just like the OP says. Haven’t been able to play it at all yet have reset multiples times and am now considering an uninstall/redownload that will take another 24 hours… Based on the OP, it doesn’t sound like a reinstall will help me. What is going on this issue needs an official response!

Could be a combination of the $hit hdd in the Xb1 and the bad coding. I switched to an Ext HDD and it loads/runs worlds better.

same for me. it freezes with no sound or anything, then after about 7 or 8 seconds, it loads up. Its really weird

I was experiencing this issue for two days. My game would crash after the Press Menu screen. I was able to find a fix by doing the following:
After this process, I was able to get past the loading screens and play the game.
