Just finished the campaign, but can’t select multiplayer. Corner icon says offline but I am connected. Checked it in system. Any suggestions?

Steps to clear cache on an Xbox One: Press and hold the power button on the front of the console until it powers down completely. Unplug the power cable from the back of the console so that the power brick in not connected to the console. Press the power button on the console three or four times.

Double check your internet, hard reset (hold power button until console powers off), Reinstall, Make sure your all updated, Hope this helps
