I’m not normally one to complain, but I’m so tired of playing team arena, and going into a match only to find out that I’m on a team of three playing against a team of four. It’s been happening more and more frequently. It’s super lame, especially when your in an objective based gave.
Rant over.

Same thing has happened to me more recently. I had 3 matches in a row where we got down early, like 10 - 2, and someone on my team quit. I stuck it out the first 2 games but it happened again the 3rd time and I just turned my Xbox off. I’m done playing any team related arena stuff until I have a full fireteam. Done relying on randoms. I guess I’ll just play free for all and Warzone for now.
The quitting penalties appear to be extremely harsh and I’m guessing that as word of that gets around you’ll see less and less quitting. In the mean time, remind yourself that if somebody wanted out badly enough to quit, then you would have lost even if he’d stayed. The guy who quits is never the guy who would have dominated the match. He’s the guy who got put in over his head, knows it, and couldn’t have made any significant contribution. Psychologically, he was already out of that match whether he hit the quit button or not.
I wish you could vote to concede the match when you start losing players.

This would be nice
It would be great if you didn’t lose as much progress to the next rank if people left your game. I’ve pulled off 2v4’s heaps but it’s not enjoyable when you have to go full try hard and hope your other team mate doesn’t rage or is also decent.
Yeah I’ve been in two 2v4 (on the 2 side) and one 3v1 (on the side) and those matches are just boring or frustrating or both. For such a win based rank system it’s a pretty big oversight in my opinion.
Yeah, I mean I wouldn’t have such a problem if it didn’t count as a loss towards my ranking.

I love this idea. I hate sticking out matches in fear of the leaving penalty. I was in 4v1 yesterday, sucked it through, but took a big loss of K/D ratio and my rankiing

I agree, it is super frustrating when the match becomes 2v4.
