You’re not alone friend. A lot of people are, unfortunately there aren’t many clans that don’t have these characteristics. Lucky for you, you’ve found one that does avoid these pitfalls. Blue Death

We’re a clan that’s existed since 2008. While at first we’ve had some drama, but we’ve found ways to rise above it. You may ask how we do this, but it’s very simple. Our leadership only consists of mature people who don’t stoop to petty bickering. We also make sure not to give any one person the power to be a dictator. In addition to that we don’t force members to join for things like “Training” or “Recruitment”. We just play customs or matchmaking and if through that we get better at the game and if we meet someone who’s not a jerk who wants to join us we welcome him or her. So you don’t need to worry about a 12 year old screaming at you for missing “sniper training” and making you do laps around forge world. Lastly, we try our hardest not to start beefs with other clans. It’s okay to play against each other in friendly matches, but when it turns into stupid drama with things like “spies” or “assassinations” we draw the line.

You may ask, “How do you deal with people who bring in drama ?”. That is a really good question. After all, there’ll always be people trying to start crap right ? We deal with it in several ways. If it’s just somebody being upset about something going on in their life or something like doing bad at the game, we ask them to leave or kick them so they can cool off. If someone’s just starting crap to be a jerk or because they think they’re better than somebody, the leader (me) and some of the officers get together and discuss if we should kick the person out or find another way to deal with them.

I’m down, sounds like an old reach clan I was in. Just a warning, I will probably dribble a bit of -Yoink- and just make some banter. All in good sport obviously, gotta keep it interesting ya know?
