I find if I am ever sleep deprived or just a little less sleep than usual my game is not 100% is there anything you guys do to stay good to go? On the weekends I’ll drink a rockstar and stay up all night gaming and everything is on point. But I can’t do that during the week when I have to work. Any suggestions or tips that anyone else uses?
Dude, I completely get you on that. I usually drink a hot tea to relax during the weeknight because if I drink anything with caffeine the day before I work, I notice it makes me worse instead of better, due to stress.
If you find yourself tired I’d probably make sleeping more of a priority than gaming, especially with work involved. Gaming can wait.

I won’t be all that tired. If I don’t get 8 hours then I find I’m not as good lol. Still good but not up to my standards. Literally 15-30 mins less than 8 and it affects me lol.

Game all night, go to work tired and get paid to wander round like a zombie.
Multiple pros can go hours on hours playing non stop and still be amazing. They must be doing something lol
