Sniping on Halo may seem hard, but in this one it actually isnt, I found it hard at first (hadnt played halo in months),Im no pro MLG but I am confident enough to give my advice, having 2 years practice with such as precise weapon and my advice is that your reticle doesnt have to be fully on the head, you could flick the joystick, especially when our going for a snapshot, try and imagine the head of a spartan and keep your reticle at head height at all times, in case you get any nasty surprises, you dont have to spend that 1 second looking at their head and getting your reticle their, this can make a vast difference. I would also recommend FPS Freeks, recently they made new ones, inspired by Halo 4, their about $10 or maybe less, believe me these do make a difference in the effort required, I use these myself and they allowed me to play comfortably with high sensitivity, some MLG’s use these, they are not illegal in any way.

I’d like to be better with the Beam Rifle, I like it as a design though clearly its use is less than the UNSC or Binary Rifle. I also like the idea of controlling your shots so you never have to reload.
Ditto, for me picking up the sniper is typically an assured death and epic fail. The few times Ive picked it up is actually to take it away from the other team.
