Tips for the 'From Downtown' Achievement?

Hello there great gamers of the Haloverse!

As far as achievement hunting goes, I’m only a few gamerscore away from completing Halo 4. (Save the glitched achievements, of course.) One that I’m having particular difficulty with is the Ricochet one called “From Downtown”, requiring you to score a goal from at least 30 meters away.
The place I’ve been trying the most is the gravity beam in the center of Solace, just by speculation.

If anyone has any advice or suggestions for this obtaining achievement, please post them below!

Try it on Haven. You can throw the ball into either goal from the sniper spawn.

You haven’t had any issues? e.g I See You; Ashes to Ashes; When Pigs Fly…
A lot of people can’t unlock them, and they’ve done everything to try and fix it.
