How do I speed up matchmaking on halo master chief collection?
Here are a few tips that have dramatically improved my online experience:
1:/ Do NOT invite players using the in game roster; start a party and use this to “invite players to game”
2:/ Do NOT leave the post game view or your party will have to regroup.
3:/ When your party is separated exit the game to the dashboard, press the start button over the mini game view, and select “exit”. This will close the game app, allowing you to re-start the game and partying up process. This will result in a game 80-90% of the time.
All of the above points resulted in my first decent session last night. (3 people in party, on the h2 ranked playlist). But there are still some problems:
A./ The party was split onto opposing teams (at one point the person I was sharing a screen with was on the other team)
B./ matchmaking is still slow, but not as slow using the above hints.
C./ I shouldnt need to carry out points 1-3 above!
Please continue to fix the online experience, but for the meantime I can deal with this
