I have three ‘Rare’ tier DMR skins and an ‘Uncommon’.
I do not have a DMR.
Why in the name of almighty sanity would it give me several skins of the same rarity to the base weapon instead of just giving me the damn base weapon? When it was one, I brushed it off. ‘Haha, Halo. You’re really funny, mate.’
Then it did it again twice. Now I have more skins for DMRs than I do any other weapon that I actually own at least one of. At this point I feel like I’m being mocked.
‘Hey, Aulakauss! You want a DMR? You want it, boy? Here it is! …Oh, my bad, that looks like a DMR but its just a paint scheme. Whoopsies! Sorry I got your hopes up there.’

In the meantime, simply spend your time gawking at those amazing paint jobs. 
Level 54, and your probably closing in, I managed to get it quite early thou lol, not the banshee thou, that took me a while, but got the banshee ultra several days after finishing silvers lol

I got that during my MOR req spending spree… I may have squee’d a little
There will be some kind of prototype DMR with the Hog Wild update. It’s a uncommon req so it will be easier to get.

I find it hard to believe that a dmr with a carbine scope is uncommon. Im sure its a “typo”

Oh, don’t worry. you will get the DMR soon enough… but guess how long it will take to get any of the attachments.
Well then allow me to torment you! My mother is currently level 14 on her account and she got the dmr at level 10.
Just keep opening silvers, you’ll get the dmr eventually
