How to get the Timmy helmet has not been revealed yet. Some have speculated that downloading forge on PC might give it to you in the future, but I kinda doubt that will turn out to be true. I believe the only person to have it is Unyshek and that is because he is a 343 employee.

If that is the case, downloading H5F is easy. Soon as you get the helmet uninstall it and there you go, free cosmetic.
