Yeah, you can still get it. I think I heard somewhere that they do a weekly rollout of it or something. I could very well be wrong, but try waiting it out. If you don’t get it within a lengthy period of time, I’d recommend going to support.
I wish the helmet weren’t so easy to obtain. It needs to be a mythic, like the Pig helm
I had no idea this was a thing. How do you check time spent in custom games? Maybe I’m being an idiot (very probable), but I can only find arena, warzone, and campaign stats.

It’s at the bottom in your service record in the game. You might have to scroll right with RS.

Im not sure if you can still do it, but they release it once a week to everyone so id wait a week
