As far as I know it is. I haven’t heard otherwise.

you just need to play custom games for like 100 hours or something like that so yes you can

I believe it’s 50 hours, but your point stands.
Adding to the above, I believe the system scans for time played in customs once a week, so you may not get the helmet immediately after hitting 50 hours.

Can confirm, just got it in August. You can start stacking hours by just starting a custom game with yourself in it. It tracks even if you end the game.

Its still possible yes, requires 50 hours in custom games
