This may have already been answered recently, but I can’t seem to find it. Does anyone know when they’ll be giving out the Timmy helmet to all those over 50 hours of customs? I know the original cut-off was the end of this month, but I’ve been at 50 hours for about 2 weeks now and haven’t been rewarded the pack. I just assumed they haven’t done their manual hand out yet. I would love some confirmation or input, thanks!

I very faintly remember hearing that they are still having trouble automating the system, but I can’t remember where or when. My best guess is that its coming very soon.

The Timmy helmet is a know issue that still currently has no set date on when the issue will be resolved. The link below is the most up to date on this issue, it’s probably a better place to talk about this issue.

I remember reading that too in February, but i didn’t know they were still having issues, that’s probably all it is. thanks for posting

for someone like me who never played customs previously, in any of the halo games really, reaching 50 hours was something that took me a lot of determination… it’s pretty upsetting that the rewards are looking to be so delayed. my only hope is that they’re in the process of working with this situation, though I’m sure between HW2 and the championship stuff this may be put at the bottom of the list…

Most likely, but they shouldn’t have shoehorned the helmet if they didn’t have their -Yoink- together. The silence with the devs, well isn’t helping, I understand they may be getting a lot of “Wheres My Helmet?” and that can be annoying but they shouldn’t Sean Murray us either.
i want my Timmy Helmet, i hope they sort this out soon
