Timers Broken

Hello everyone, I’ve noticed today after playing around with Forge for a bit that scripting timers are acting very “oddly”, for instance they don’t even trigger 90% of the time and then randomly turn back on after a specified time interval.

This has affected all of my old maps in some way or form as most of them use timed scripts in at least one location.

I cannot confirm if this issue is affecting newly created maps and old maps, or if it’s only on the new maps, but it would be nice to get this addressed sooner rather than later as script timers are a rather important part of the script palette we have now.

Yeah it’s a real pain. Discovered my maps were broken and went around checking other people’s to find they were stuffed too. I was playing Rifball I’m action sack just before, the goals were stuck open for the entire game :confused:

Glad I found this…almost all my maps were built on timers. Including Dodgeball. I was starting to wonder if i was losing my mind. I’m surprised there Isn’t more threads.

ARRG! I’m having this issue too! SEVERAL of my key game modes rely on timers and they are ALL not working! Just like OP is saying, they activate on seemingly random intervals. I’ve checked 6 of my maps now, and every single one of the scripted timers are not working consistently anymore. This is brutal. I’ve tried making new objects with new timers, but still no luck, they don’t work. If anyone knows of a fix PLEASE let me know. Hopefully they get this fixed soon!

I imagine Minotaurs is broke with the walls too. Has it been fixed yet?
