Rank Glitches — Stuck on SR1
Without being able to earn CSR, kills, deaths or credits.
I hop online today to find my account at SR1 (Now I know this may happen from time to time and soon thereafter your rank will come back), after playing several games I reset my modem and xbox… Still having the same issue I then turn my xbox off and walk away, 5 - 6 hours I return, and here I am with my account still at SR1, nobody can load my stats on waypoint or any other sites, although in game I can see my kills and deaths, however I cannot load my challenges. I can also see my rank in the start menu with my credit bar.
Now to be honest, I have absolutely no care for my rank, or my CSR.
But PLEASE, I cannot go on with SR1 loadouts!!! I mean seriously, Assault Rifle and blinkin hard light shield, or DMR with a hologram…
Doe’s anybody have any ideas on how to fix this issue? I believe it is 343’s issue which is why I’m posting here, I don’t know where else I can post this.
You did not push that REALLY STUPID DEACTIVATE SPARTAN in Waypoint on XBL did you?
It’s like at the top 2nd button from left. I saw it and thought to myself “I wonder how many times that will be pushed in error”. It’s so prominent on the page no doubt people will click it, even just to see what it does.
Your Service Record I cannot load. Maybe this new Waypoint stuff getting rolled out in you geographical area. I have went 36 hours on SR1 before getting my real rank back.
No, definitely not… I’ve only been onto waypoint on xbl once, maybe twice and that was at the start of halo 4…
I’m at day two now, almost 48hours after first noticing my rank missing. I guess it’s time to find a new game. I have tried deleting my account and re-downloading it, I’ve also tried using another xbox, but considering nobody can even load my account to view stats on waypoint… I think it’s a little more serious.

I remember I had to be logged into Halo and XBL then drop the connection to live, close Halo then restart Xbox. Sign in again and it had my stats
