Even though the game has been out for only two months, there are a lot of players alike who are dissatisfied with how 343i are handling Halo 5. Though the gameplay is roc solid it is still missing a lot of content which is directed towards gametypes. 343i has been giving us Req packs and whatever else they can, and I can say that a lot of people are kind of tired of the more req content. I would like to say I would like to enjoy Halo 5 more but it is kind of hard whenever yo dont have your favorite gametypes, in the game whenever they should have been there at launch.
So my question to the community, how long do you thin kit will take 343i to add in a lot fo the missing gametypes and whenever they do, how many people will still bearound whenever it is finally finished? What can 343 do to make things work next time around? I would like to see your guys input on this because I really want to enjoy Halo since I have been playing it since I was a little kid. I dont want something I grew up on to be shattered into something that isnt given the proper care.

Highly unlikely. With all the bugs and complaints I dount I will see it competely finished by the time Halo 6 comes out.
I don’t care. It’s complete enough for now. As long as they keep adding things into the mix as time goes on then I’m perfectly good with it. And if they ever add a PvE mode then I will forgive them every past transgression, even MCC.
Seems like every game I buy is dying after I buy it. I must need better taste in game purchasing.

No. You can’t say things like this. The more things 343 sees like this, the more likely they’re going to repeat their mistakes. We can’t just be like, “Well, Half of a game is alright with me.” Otherwise that’s what we are going to be getting in the future.
We as a community have to nip this in the bud. 343 need to learn a lesson.
According to the update Schedule the game will be “finished” in june. But Frank O’ Connor has said that the June date is there for Business and legal reasons.

On reason to not buy the next game if they are to continue making half made games, Halo 5 isn’t even half way completed but more or less, 1/4, hell maybe even 1/8 done. There are just too much missing and honestly all of this should have been done at launch.

Link to info? I would like to read into this. Maybe a drop in the company or someone being sued. Perhaps 343 is being replaced by someone better?
I keep hearing June on these forums. To me that means they have enough premade content to trickle it out monthly until June. I mean, do we really think that after years of development they are scrambling to create next months maps right now? Big question is do they sell real dlc next Christmas season?

Well apparently Tom French stated that they have a lot of Forge things made and are just adding little by little each month, but I wonder if they will meet up with what everyone wants honestly and if they will add in everything everyone wants.
Game was complete in October. Really hope next time around 343 says screw free content updates to all you ungrateful children. You get none of them. This whole forum reads like a bunch of spoiled children crying that their mom didn’t get them enough for Christmas.

pve would be amazing
The game was finished in December with the release of Forge. The rest of the updates are additional content and no amount of complaining about how there aren’t a million different gametypes each with their own playlist will change that.

I will even go so far as to agree with this because forge is a pretty big deal. And they always promised it, just stated that they wanted to give it the attention it deserved and delayed it.

Apparently you don’t even know what it mean to consider something complete. you might think otherwise but a lot of other people will say differently and yes we all are entitled to our own options. Some might go as far to say it is ok to agree to disagree. I for one will state that this game is unfinished. Because of all the things that are missing.
The game has so much potential, 343 just needs to stop with the reqs and give us the game modes and requested forge items such as one way shields.

Agreed which to me, the TMCC isn’t completed because the experience feel different. Maybe they shouldn’t have outsourced it to so many other companies.
