out of all the threads I have read and all the complaints out there about the game, I have yet to hear or read an actual straight forward response from 343 about these problems.
we keep getting the typical were aware of the problem and we are looking into it crap. your suppose to be smart people, how dose it take months of that response, and no solution. I dont know how 343 dose it, but were im from if you cant do your job and do it right well guess what you don’t have a job, maybe they should try this, I bet we would start seeing -Yoink- getting fixed.
in the mean time 343 stop hiding, and just answer the questions, and give a real answer.
in my opinion 343 you are doing more harm to the halo name than good, at least right now.
I know it wont happen but if a 343 employee sees this get one of your boss’s to respond.
Because a lot of -Yoink- on here is empty complaints, so really, only a handful hold any merit. A few of those HAVE been responded to already by 343. Many threads are duplicates, and don’t warrant a response.

Also alot of these complaints are nothing than a person just ranting about things which works against him for that game/moment
Cause its impossible to answer every question on the forum especially when many really have no exact point. Also the fixes they implement are not explained on the forums cause they are explained in each patch notes, take time to read those.
I get what you are saying, but let me ask you this. if you keep getting duplicate threads over the course of months, wouldn’t that lead you to believe that they are not working real hard to fix the problem, some of that work is real hard, and I have been told by computer people that a lot is very simple. I would rather them work on the bigger problems that make me another visor

No duplicates means people dont read the OP some people make or they dont pay attention to patch notes and see its been resolved.
Its also a different department that work on aesthetic then code so they can make as many visors/armors as they want. Since different departments do different things.

Yeah but literally the biggest thread on waypoint hasn’t gotten a damn one while there have been multiple small thread they’ve replied to. There have even been threads that literally just started and their the first reply. I’m sick of it.

Because of lot of the complaints come down to personal preference. You can’t have everything go your way all the time. And if something’s changed to appease one group of people, then others are likely going to become annoyed

To be fair I’m in the “Halo 5 has too many weapons” camp.
The sandbox suggestions people come forward with are almost always completely -Yoinking!- stupid. Like what significant difference is there between the Reach and H2 Shotgun that justifies bringing them both back?
That said there are actually valid requests and criticisms that have went largely ignored.

I saw a couple people who were mad the Reach DMR wasn’t in MoR. That, and pretty much all the other weapons in Reach.
To the people who beg for these weapons because of their cosmetic appearance:
You should instead devote your time to criticizing the art style changes that lead to the ugly new weapons in the first place, so it doesn’t happen again in Halo 6.
That is a far better, far more meaningful use of your time.
To the people who beg for these weapons because of their functionality:
As I said, they’re basically functionally the same. There’s no point in bringing them back.

Maybe the problems are too big for them to fix, so they blame the community for the problems. (blame it on the rain). All these game companies do nowadays is troll their own forums and blame their bugs and problems about the game on the community. example, “It’s the community’s fault our game is full of bugs”. guess what, they make another buggy game then then millions of the community buys that game too, complain to the devs again; dev’s response “It’s the community’s fault our game is full of bugs” . Do you see whats going on here? exactly, It is in fact the community’s fault the developer’s game is buggy, because they keep buying their games regardless of it’s failed condition. so how can we blame the developers for constantly giving us unfinished games when all the community is going to do is buy it up.
I actually started writing this article to try and help the community identify why there’s been so much controversy regarding Halo 5. Turns out, they’d prefer to silence our quest to “hunt for the truth”.
Also, comparing Halo 5 to Reach or Halo 3, there is way too much content missing. I can’t even find overshield options for a custom game >:(
