Hi guys
so i’m sorry for this thread i realize this sort of thing comes up a lot but even though it does there are not many clear answers.
So I’m about to reach Eclipse in a couple days time, and I’m beginning to think Inheritor might actually be in my grasps before Halo lV comes out.
So I’m asking any Inheritors or friends of inheritors, how long did it take them to get between eclipse to Inheritor? Insight from reclaimers would be great too.
I know its by no means going to be a short road but i’m averaging about 40-50k, but over 100k on many days and getting just below the cR cap on my days off.
Mythic took me about 4 weeks and Nobles only taken longer because of an intense work schedule but come June i’m going to have a lot more time on my hands. So I’m going to be aiming to hit the cap or get close on most days.
If you re;lly just want inheritor play FF til you cap.
It really all depends on how much you play and what you play.
If you custom challenge boost it’s even quicker.
If you really want it you can make it take about 50days. if you want it before H4 you’ll need to average about 90k a day
How long it takes depends entirely on how much you play. If you’re playing 2-3 hours a day, it’ll take longer than if you were to waste your life away and play 5+ hours per day.
If you try to reach the credit cap almost every day from the lowest rank, it will take you about 200 days to reach Inheritor.
> If you reach the credit cap each day from the lowest rank, it will take you 200 days to reach Inheritor.
Wrong

Oh, so I make one little typo and you take the opportunity to prove yourself rather then correct it…

Correct.
How long should it take then?
Oh man i feel ur frustration Neo,
Cool so if i’m hitting the cap each time should be about 50 days, if i get half the cap only about 100 days
So i’ll have to allow some room for error in my calculations when factoring ‘real life’ but based on that i’m estimating would be some time in the next 3-4 months, hopefully shorter if i can give it a really good effort during my time off in June.
Which means i should ave about a month to enjoy Haunted helmet before halo 4 comes out,
Great thanks for all the help guys it was really appreciated.
It just sucks to realize that if i started playing when reach came out i would already be an Inheritor. (rage face!)
I’ve been playing Reach since it was released but my goal was never to reach the cap each time (I’ve only reached it like, twice). My goal was to achieve every daily and weekly challenge. But I stopped going for at least every daily challenge about 6 months ago because it was really cutting into my time with other games.
Eclipse to Nova = 2,500,000cr
Nova to Forerunner = 2,000,000cr
Forerunner to Reclaimer = 3,500,000cr
Reclaimer to Inheritor = 3,500,000cr
Totals credits = 11,500,000
11,500,000 / by credit cap of 200,000 per day = 57.5 days. This would be the minimum amount of time it would take if you hit the credit cap everyday.
You have approx 183 days left till Halo 4 goes on sales (Nov 6). So 11,500,000 / 183 = 62,842 credits needed per day to reach Inheritor before Halo 4 arrives on the shelf.
Cheers &
Good luck
Thanks dude, that was really informative, i really appreciate that

No Problem!!! Now get busy on earning them there credits, lol.
PS make sure you abuse, I mean use, the custom challenges as that will surely help you on your journey to Inheritor.
Cheers
i would say FF doubles mixed with 2 FF custom challenges worth 10k each will help you get there quicker or just get a really good check point on Oni and do the target locator custom challenge worth 20k - 25k per 3 to 4 mins.
btw the last few weeklys and this weeks weekly havent really been the hardest things to get so they should help you
