Could it be possible to have ordnance tiered based on points earned? Say you survive to get 20 points, you get tier 1 type ordnance: grenades, needler, concussion. Then you survive to get tier 2 (60points): shotgun, sword, scatter. Then tier three (100points): sniper, binary, rockets. They would be random within their tiers but they would be scaffold-ed to reflect the player’s merit.
Yes its like COD, more like COD4 and COD5 style where everyone has to accumulate the same amount of points to acquire basically the same streaks.
If I had it my way, i would not have had ordnance and kept it power weapon control style. It baffles me how 2 minutes into a game people have binaries up the butt and I keep getting needlers and plasmas. The randomness of it just takes away from the Halo feel and makes it a game of chance.
