So I unlocked a tier and it didn’t give me the reward but it took my unlock token away. Now the tier has a glowing token underneath as if I had it but I don’t. Help?

Are you playing on Xbox or PC? I’m going to figure Xbox because of your name but you never know. I would sign out of your Xbox account and then sign back in and relaunch the game.
If you are on PC, follow these steps and just sign back in with your same account:

Go to My Games and Apps, press start on the MCC and select Manage Games and Add-ons, uninstall Halo: Reach and ODST if you have both of them. Then uninstall the MCC. After that is done, do a hard restart of your Xbox and clear your Cache. You can do this by holding the power button in front of your Xbox until your Xbox turns of completely. Then unplug your power cable from your Xbox and leave it unplugged for 1-3 mins. After, plug back in your Power Cable and wait about 1 min before turning your Xbox back on. Once your Xbox is on, Install the MCC, and be sure to install Halo: Reach and ODST if you have them, because they are add ons to the MCC sometimes they don’t automatically install, so you have to re-install them yourself. After that, simply launch the game, see what you were supposed to have unlocked in the tier system, and the go to your character on Halo: Reach and see if that item is unlocked. Because right now, the Tier unlocks are only for Halo: Reach.
