For MCC, Tier unlock is not accessible to me. I have tried restarting my game, uninstalling then reinstalling MCC and its add-one, and the online Tier unlock is still not accessible to me, or is grayed out. Anyone able to help?
Do you mean the season is showing as offline? There are a couple of threads on here from the last few days on that issue.
Submit a ticket on the Halo Support site and maybe keep an eye on the other threads for a fix or work around.

It’s not the season itself, it’s the unlocks for the season next to the challenges, in the menu.
Got a link to the support site? Not sure if I’d find the right one.

Yes that’s the issue
If you look at the menu items across the top of the screen, you’ll see Support listed there. Click that and you’ll be taken to the Halo Support site.
This appears to be an issue at the moment. Until it’s raised as a known issue by 343 please makes sure and file a support ticket on the Halo Support site.
