Tier I Halo Player Needs help from Waypoint

I’m new to this forum. Topic is Specialization. I’m seeking advice or a contact so I can reach out and get this situation resolved. I got my code like I should have but it did not accept my current Gamertag or email address associated with it. This name “emarldzeus” was a default name given to me when I was prompted to use another email address during registration. This gamertag doesn’t have an xbox live subscription. Look at my profile → no games played. My other gamertag has hit level 70 and the specializtion code from this EmeraldZeus gamertag is meant for my active account.

I Don’t know if I need to contact Microsoft, Bungie, or 343. To me, this is a simple fix, move a redeemed code from an inactive account to an active account. I enjoy playing halo, my friends enjoy playing halo… I would hate to see this matter go unresolved.

Is someone willing to help me out?

Just contact Xbox Support and alert them to the switch.

The thing about this is being polite and courteous. Many of the Xbox Support Staff can re-route an email code to an active account, but its more so along the lines they will want to verify a few things about both accounts to verify you own both.

Just work with them, be polite about it, and maybe they’ll just give you a token for the download on your active account right there.
