Tier 100 season point glitch

I got to tier 100, but did not receive the season point for some odd reason. I eventually leveled up roughly 5 times and still nothing, I asked other players about this problem and they said I should have got the season point when I leveled up. I am hoping something can be done about this to fix this glitch. I checked the forums, but it seems they may not have been seen by any monitors or workers. Hopefully this problem can be fixed.

Same thing happened to me. I did some digging and this glitch is well over three months old. I heard that sending a ticket to 343 will have them award your account your missing point. But, with this whole corona situation, I wouldn’t get your hopes up. I hope they fix this glitch ASAP. I invested so much time into the game to get to the rewards only to discover my time was wasted.

Here we are in May with the same issue still happening, just happened to me.
