Basically that. I reached Tier 100 while playing Halo: Reach on the PC version of the MCC, but did not receive a token to unlock the last set of armor pieces. Only notable thing that was happening when I unlocked it (or didn’t, rather) was that I typed in chat to say “hey, I just reached Tier 100.” I know this issue has been around a while, does anyone have a fix yet?
Did they fix yours yet? I leveled up 5 times and got nothing.
I just saw another forum saying they are now aware of the issue, hopefully they can fix it.

supposedly they are aware of the issue now, but the other website used to submit reports is not very user friendly. Hopefully they do actually solve this issue, I don’t see how they will be able to help everyone if no one can submit an actual report and have to make forums instead. Hopefully they can help us and do.
I have also had this problem. My rank shows as in the visual that I am an Warrant Officer third class whereas on the rank itself is just named warrant officer. I also missed out 1 tier point because of this. Can someone please help me out on how to solve this glitch.

they didn’t say how to solve this issue, so we need to just make sure they know that we are experiencing this glitch and hopefully they can fix it

Log in to the support site and submit ticket once you click log it should log you in with your waypoint account.
