I’ve been trying to submit a ticket to Halo support, however the ticket is not being shown. I have waited for at least 30 minutes to re-create it, but still the submitted ticket is shown.
My previous tickets (created 5 months ago and 1 month ago) were shown directly when created.
The current ticket (even created in multiple browsers) is now shown in My activity of my Halowaypoint account.
Anyone knows how long I have to wait for it to appear under My activity?
