I can’t find any correspondence besides what is in our invite about checking messages on waypoint or a forthcoming email; I’m hoping midnight est but seems it will be 12 pst
There is no officially announced start time for the Halo Infinite Technical Preview, though builds and download information will potentially be published in the afternoon on the 29th July [PST]. Stay tuned to Halo on Twitter or #halo-news for more information.
No midnight launch for this - kinda unfair on staff to push buttons and be on call for support at midnight for pre-release test

Depends in if it’s an automated deployment, or a manual deployment by the team responsible for the release.
If it’s an automated deployment, expect it to go live somewhere between 3-6am PST.
If it’s a manual deployment, it could be anywhere between now and close of business tomorrow depending in how they use version control to deploy their code base.
That’s based off my experience with non-game related software development though, could be totally different in the gaming sector though
